Powder Metals, often referred to as pressed metals, is one of the fastest growing fabrication techniques for applications ranging from fasteners to complex automotive components. It is a process where powdered metals are blended for performance, molded to green strength, then sintered.

Micro Powders offers a wide range of micronized waxes that include Fischer-Tropsch, polyethylene, EBS as well as specialty melt blends. Micronized wax is used to improve mold release, add green strength and enhance surface finish in a wide variety of mixed metals.
