Micronized waxes are used to improve surface protection characteristics in Industrial Paints and Coatings. Wax additives are often the first line of defense against abrasion of the coating. Micro Powders’ micronized waxes will provide lubricity, scratch resistance and mar resistance.

MPI also offers a full line of unique waxes designed to provide consistent matting and gloss control properties as well as anti-blocking and improved metal marking resistance to a variety of coating types. Texture additives are also offered in a variety of polymer types to hide minor substrate imperfections and significantly improve scratch resistance.
