SYSTEMS AND APPLICATIONS
Add to existing formulation to mattify and elevate powdery aesthetics, or use directly as base vehicle with desired oil soluble excipients such as vitamins, oils, and actives. In color cosmetics, can be used to create unique high frost eye shadow.
